1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can of sliced olives
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. burrito size tortillas (16 +)
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup (or nacho cheese soup)
1 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 9x13" pans with Pam. Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain fat. Add refried beans, olives, and shredded cheese to hamburger mixture. Cook until cheese is melted. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium to medium-low heat. Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the sour cream, soups, and salsa. Heat over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Place a scant 1/4 c. of hamburger mixture in a tortilla, roll up, and place seam side down in pan. Continue to do this, until 8 tortillas are in each pan. Pour the sour cream mixture evenly over each pan. Bake 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
