2 1/2 c. baby spinach, shredded
1 tsp. butter or olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. artichoke hearts, cut up
1 c. shredded provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, melt butter and saute the garlic, about 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Wash the spinach and saute it until it is wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta and cream cheese. Add hearts; salt and pepper to taste. Place the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with a thin layer of provolone. Broil it until it is bubbly.
(Tastes just like Applebee's Dip)
