Ingredients:
Coating mix, your choice
dill pickle spears
2 eggs combined with 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Use whatever prepared coating mix you find at the market. Dill pickle spears work best for frying. I cut them into chunks. Take eggs and milk mixture and dip pickles in this. Then roll them in the coating mix. Fry them in corn oil on a medium heat setting. Deep fryers work great but a small pot can also be used. They taste great with a ranch or honey-mustard dip.
