1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
3T. Butter
1/4 C. Flour
3 C. Chicken Broth
1 1/2 C. Shredded or chopped corn beef
1 1/2 C. Sour Kraut, rinsed and drained
3 C. 1/2 and 1/2 or heavy cream
3 C. shredded swiss cheese
3T. Ketchup
1T. dill pickle relish
2T. Mayo
Rye bread or rye croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and celery till tender, stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer till thick.
In a small bowl wisk ketchup, may and relish and stir into soup with corn beef, sour kraut, 1/2 and 1/2 and 1/2 the cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.

Serve with remaining cheese and rye bread or croutons
