If your doctor said "reduce or eliminate salt" - Here is a spice mixture you can use instead!

1 T. garlic powder
1 T. paprika
1/2 T. white pepper
1/2 T. celery seed
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. thyme
Mix and store in a shaker type container.
