6-8 apples, sliced
brown sugar, generous sprinkles
1 c. sago
2 1/2- 3 c. water or make half of this apple juice
1 tsp. lemon juice

Topping:
1 c. oatmeal, rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sliced apples, brown sugar and sago in 9" x 13" pan. Pour in liquids. Mix topping ingreds. together. Top with topping. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 mins.

What is sago? It is a pearl type thing like tapiaco. Needs to be soaked and carefully handled. Consult online sources for more details!
