8 tbsp. brown sauce
1 tbsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all herb and spice ingredients. Rub over both sides of ribs. Let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight. Bake in covered pan at 325º for 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until done.
