1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, shortening, egg & molasses.
Add dry ingredients, mix together.
Roll in ball size of walnut, then roll in granulated sugar & Bake 350º for 12 minutes.
