1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. lemon extract (or vanilla extract)
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients, into this mixture add flour, baking soda and powder, mix in buttermilk and beat bananas into mixture, add nuts.
Pour into very well greased pan. (9x5) Bake at 350º for 60-70 minutes.
