2 qt. small cucumbers, sliced, and leave peel on
2 med. onions, sliced
1 T. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucs. and onions. Small cucus. are so much better than the large ones. Combine cucumbers, onions, and salt. Cover with water. Soak for 3 hours. Pour off liquid. Now in a small pan on stove, warm the vinegar and add the sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour this mixture over drained cucus. and onions. Let stand for 10 mins. Then place into jars or in small freezer tubs. Freeze in covered containers.
