1 (18.5 oz.) box plain white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. blackberry wine
Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. blackberry wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl stir together cake mix and gelatin until well blended.
2. Add eggs, cooking oil, and blackberry wine. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened; continue on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl.
3. Pour batter into heavily greased Bundt pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.


Glaze:
1. Mix sugar and wine together then pour over warm cake. Let it sit only 10 minutes then turn out of pan onto wax paper and flip cake over so glazed side is up.
2. I substitute strawberry cake mix, strawberry or raspberry gelatin and strawberry wine to make a Strawberry wine cake.

So easy to make and so moist. I substitute peach gelatin and peach wine to make Peach wine cake. Any flavors of wine and Jello you can come up with, just try it
blackberry gelatin can only find this at Piggly Wiggly or Old Dutch;
Maneschewitz Blackberry wine can find this at Wal Mart or Piggly Wiggly
