1 cup.sugar.
1 tsp.baking powder.
1 cup clarified butter Or regular unsalted butter
1 cup plain yogurt
almond to decorate.
1 tbs rose water ( maward)
1 tbs orange blossom ( mazaher)

Make the syrup first.
In a medium bowl fold farina and butter by hand no mixing just folding until every grain of the farina blend with butter. Add sugar,yogurt and baking powder and fold all together. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Grease pan 9x13 with butter.
pour the mixture in the pan and spreed it equally and.
Use a knife and cut it to medium size square. Place the almond on each shaped squares and sit a side for half hour to rest. In a preheat oven 350º in the middle shelf of the oven place the try and bake for 1 hour until golden brown.
Remove from oven cut it again for the syrup to go threw. Pour 2 cup or more of the syrup on top to absorb it all, and keep it for 10 min in the try.
Place the pieces in a large serving plate cover with foil all the time until you need to serve.
