1/2 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoons dry mustard (or 1 tablespoon prepared mustard)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
2. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes while stirring.
Serve at room temperature.
