1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 8 oz. pkg. Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
1 c. sour cream (can be low fat or fat free)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 13 ¾ can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Optional: Add ½ c. chopped red onion and 10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and drained) before baking.

Mix and bake at 325º until slightly browned and hot and bubbly (about 30-40 minutes). Serve with sliced baguettes or bagel chips. Also good with veggies.
