2 salmon fillets
2 T. mayonnaise (I brush with olive oil instead)
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 T. parsley
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon fillet in a greased baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over (I brush with olive oil).
In a small bowl combine the pecans, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and butter. Spoon over salmon. Bake at 425º for 10 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
