1 T. skim milk powder
1 T. shortening
4 t. sugar
1 t. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 T. dried onion flakes
1 t. dill weed
2 3/4 c. white flour
1 1/4 t. yeast

Place in bread machine pan and set to mix, rise and bake.

This recipe makes a really good loaf of bread. I've often wondered if it could be mixed, raised and baked by hand instead of a bread machine.
