1 qt. buttermilk
15 oz. Raisin Bran
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
4 eggs
5 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir. Do not stir after initial mixing. Bake in muffin tins at 400º for 20 minutes. The batter, stored in an air tight container will last in refrigerator for 6 weeks.

This makes a huge batch! Half batch will make about 3 dozen muffins.
