2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c. butter melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly then add sour cream, butter and corn. Fold in dry Jiffy© corn mix. Put in baking dish (8x8" or 9x7"). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 45-60 min. Make sure center comes out clean.
