1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 jar marinated artichoke, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small can chopped chilies, hot if desired
1 cup cheddar or Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes and chilies. Mix in mayonnaise. Spoon in shallow casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Substitute 1 cup of Parmesan and 1/2 tsp garlic salt for hot chilies for a milder variation.
