6 slices of bread diced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage - cooked and drained
5 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9x13" pan. Put diced bread in pan followed by cheese and sausage.
Mix next 5 ingredients together and pour over 3 previous layers. Chill overnight.
Combine soup and milk and pour on top.
Bake at 350º for 1 hr. and 10 min.
Cool slightly before serving.
