2 10 1/2 cans of Frito Bean Dip
4 cup sour cream
1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 1 1/2 oz pack Taco Seasoning mix
7 drops of tabasco sauce
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer except the cheeses. Spoon into shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheeses. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
