1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 c margarine or butter
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, oil and vanilla. Add eggs and mix until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Roll dough into balls (approximately. 1 tbsp of dough) and press with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 º for ten minutes.
