10 slices of bread, buttered and cubed
12 oz sausage links, ham or crumbled bacon, browned and cubed
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
9 eggs
3 c milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Layer in buttered casserole (9 x 13) pan the bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture on the top and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º uncovered for one hour. Cut into squares and serve.
