2-3 c. mashed potatoes with:
2 T. cream cheese
2 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8 T. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Dough:
1 T. water
1 T. milk
2 T. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
3 c. AP flour

Directions:
Directions:
prepare mashed potatoes or use some you have leftover from another meal. Whisk together the water, milk, sour cream and egg. Add in flour gradually while kneading for 8 to 10 mins.
Roll out to 1/8" thick and cut with 2" biscuit cutter.
Press circle out a little and add teaspoon of mashed potatoes.

Pinch dough to seal edges. Place carefully in pot of salted water and cook until done.
