3 cloves of garlic
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar or more if needed to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
One head of Iceberg Lettuce
One head of Romaine Lettuce
1 can of black olives
1 cup of cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the eggs in a small mixing bowl.
Peel eggs, rinse and dry. Chopped eggs in to small dice sized pieces.
Add eggs to wet ingredients. Cut up one head of Iceberg lettuce in to chunk size pieces. Cut up one head of Romaine Lettuce into chunk size pieces. Add black olives and cherry tomatoes. Put all the vegetables in a large salad bowl that has room for mixing. Pour the dressing over the entire salad and mix well. Serve immediately. Do not let the salad sit long after it has been mixed with the dressing or it will get soggy.

I can't reveal the real name of this recipe, because it comes from a famous restaurant in Baltimore, but let me just say, my kid's lick the bowls when they eat this salad. The can't get enough of it!
