Red and Green Peppers, Green Onions, Purple Onion, Roma Tomatoes, Can Sweet Corn (drained), Fresh Chopped Cilantro, Juice of Fresh Squeezed Limes, Pinch of Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Seasoned Salt, Olive Oil, Honey

Chop the vegetables up to be about the same size as the corn. Add all ingredients together and stir well and serve at room temp. Goes well with a grilled pork tenderloin or you can eat it on some Ritz Crackers!
