2 cans ( 16 oz.)shoe peg corn
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 sm. (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 teasp. black pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetabel oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:

Drain corn. Combine vegetables, tossing slightly. Mix remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain and stir well before serving.
