2 c. cooked, diced chicken
3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
salt & pepper, to taste
crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, lemon juice, Miracle Whip, salt & pepper. Stir in chicken, eggs, onion, celery, & almonds. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.
