8 to 12 oz. lean ground beef
4 c. twisted pasta, dry (but any kind will do)
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. carrot, grated
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (sharp is best)
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta and drain. Cook meat in a skillet with W. sauce, and garlic powder. When meat is well browned, drain off liquid. Add peas and carrot to skillet. Reheat. In a large pan, mix all other ingreds. and reheat. Simmer for 15 to 20 on stove top. Garnish with extra cheese.
