1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
1 1/2 C red wine (Port)
1/2 C seedless raisins
1/2 c slivered almonds
2 T cornstarch
2 T cold water
1/4 C current jelly
1 T grated orange rind
1 T grated lemon rind
1/4 C orange juice
2 T Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 9 ingredients and simmer for 8 minutes.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water. Stir in sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in the last 5 ingrediens.
