Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta of your choice, linguine works very well for this dish
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter
6 eggs
1 lb of bacon
salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan heat butter and half and half together. Bring to a boil slowly.
Add Parmesan cheese and dash of salt. Set aside. Saute bacon in separate pan and save some of the drippings to scramble the eggs. Set bacon aside. Scramble the eggs.

Boil the water for the pasta and prepare noodles.

Add the egg and bacon to the cream cheese mixture and stir together for a few minutes. When pasta is done, drain the pasta and remove all water. Put pasta back in pot and add the egg, bacon, cream and cheese mixture. Stir well. Pour in a serving bowl and serve while hot.

Personal Notes:
I learned this one when I was living in Italy in 1985. It is one of my favorite dishes but very rich... A lot goes a long way! Enjoy.
