Use 1/2 recipe of BASIC SWEET dough
recipe (OR) 1/3 recipe of NO-KNEAD dough.

Roll out dough to large rectangle (about 13" x 20"). Spread with 1/4 cups melted margarine, 1/2 cup brown sugar, Sprinkle with ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Starting at long edge, roll up like a jelly roll. Seal edge. Shape roll into a circle on a pizza pan or cookie sheet, sealed edge down. Starting at outside edge or circle, cut through roll with scissors or knife to within 7/8" of inner circle.Turn over cut pieces to reveal filling. Repeat procedure all around ring at about every 3/4". Let rise about 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Bake at 375º for about 30 min. or until golden. Let cool, glaze with confectionary sugar and milk mixture.

A Cream Cheese filling may be used instead of margerine.
1 8oz package of Cream Cheeese, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. of flour. Beat ingredients together until fluffy.
