2 c. cooked thin spaghetti
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 T. & 1 tsp. margarine, softened

Filling:
2/3 c. ricotta cheese
2 tsp. margarine
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked & crumbled
1 c. canned diced tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid)
2 tsp. tomato paste
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients for crust. Spray 1 9" glass pie plate with Pam; spread spaghetti mixture over the bottom and up the sides of plate to form a crust. Carefully spread the ricotta cheese over bottom of crust and set aside. In a skillet, cook onions, green pepper and garlic in margarine until onion is translucent. Add beef, tomatoes, reserved liquid and tomato paste; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon beef mixture over ricotta cheese and bake at 350 degrees until pie is thoroughly heated, about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella over top and return to oven for about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 4 servings.
