Mix together:
1 slice bread, made into crumbs
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 T. splendid
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Add:
3/4 oz. uncooked oatmeal
2 tsp. margarine, softened

Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 cookies and the best thing is that it is ONE SERVING.

An old Weight Watchers recipe = 1 fruit, 1 fat, 2 breads & 1 milk. Can substitute 1/2 banana and 2 T. water for the pineapple. Yummy and so satisfying when you need a treat.
