1 box lasagna noodles
1 c. crab, canned or fresh & cooked
1 c. shrimp, thawed & cooked
1 c. scallops, thawed & cooked
1 c. prawns, thawed & cooked
1 can clams, chopped (save juice)
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 c. butter
4 T. white flour
2 c. whole milk
1 T. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Steam all seafood and set aside to cool. Boil lasagna noodles, drain and cool. To make white sauce; melt butter, add flour and milk and the clam juice. Boil until thick. Add salt and pepper and grated cheese. Spoon all the seafood and parsley into the white sauce. Now layer noodles, cheese, seafood until pan is 3/4 full. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
