1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
Mix these ingredients together until it crumbles. Press this mixture into a greased 9 x 13 glass dish
Mix in a separate bowl
2 eggs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar

Pour egg mixture over the cake mix mixture and bake for 30 min 350º
