1/3 c whipping cream
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Boil this for about 5-8 min
Stir constantly
Add
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c whole pecans

Pour on wax paper and let cool
Break apart and give out at Christmas
