Juice of 6 Limes
1 packet plain gelatin
Mix this in a sauce pan on the stove
Add
1 sm pkg white chocolate chips
In a separate bowl mix:
24 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
zest of one lime
Add white chocolate mixture and beat well
In a separate bowl whip
1 c heavy cream
2 Tbl sugar
Fold into other mixture

Pour into 2 graham cracker pie crusts
Put in Freezer or Refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving
