1 stick butter, softened
3 T. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
additional powdered sugar for rolling cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, grease baking sheets.
Cream butter with sugar. Stir in vanilla, salt, flour and nuts. Dough will be stiff. Pinch off pieces of dough and roll to make 1 inch balls. Bake 10-12 min. While still warm, roll in additional sugar.
