4 2/3 cup water or milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs (2 whole and 1 yolk)
1 2/3 c. shortening or margarine, melted
approximately 14 c. flour

Scald the milk, then cool. Combine all ingredients. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
