3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 teas. baking powder
3 T. butter, melted
1/4 teas. salt
Part Two:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. cold water

Mix in bowl all of the part one ingredients.
Two:
Mix and sprinkle over batter. Pour 1 1/2 c. cold water over top. Bake in 350º oven 45 mins.
