1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c white sugar'
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
Mix the above ingredients then add
1 1/3 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Then add
2/3 c crunchy peanut butter
6 oz chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt

Chill the dough 1 hour; roll into balls. Roll the balls into sugar. Press with a fork in criss-cross pattern on ungreased cookie sheet. Bale at 350º for 8-10 min

I got this recipe from a dental assistant at the school. These are very rich but the sugar coating is so good.
