1 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or lemon flavoring
1/4 cup butter
1 9" pie crust (unbaked)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients. Boil over hot water in double boiler. Stir continuously until mix thickens. Pour ingredients into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 325º and cook for 30-40 minutes or until firm around edges and middle shaky.
