3 c. cranberry juice
1 c. seeded jalapeņo peppers
1 c. white vinegar
7 c. sugar
2 pouches (3 oz. each) liquid fruit pectin
red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place juice and peppers in blender; cover and process until peppers are fully chopped. Strain through cheesecloth. Pour strained juice into large pan; add vinegar. Stir in sugar. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin, return to full boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim foam. Add food coloring. Ladle into half-pint jars; leave 1/4" headspace. Process 5 minutes in waterbath.
