3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, Karo and sugar in heavy saucepan. Boil mixture to hard crack stage, being careful to not get steam on face. Remove pan from heat. Add cinnamon oil and red food coloring.
Sprinkle cookie sheet generously with powdered sugar and pour candy mixture on top. Let cool completely and break into small pieces.
