2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add powdered sugar to flour and cut in butter. Press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Mix eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture.

Pour filling over baked crust and return to oven for 25-30 minutes.

I love lemon bars and have looked for a good recipe for a long time. I finally found this one when Julie Botts shared this at school. It's a recipe of her mom's - Shirley Jennings. 2010
