1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can condensed sweetened milk
2 T. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 10 1/2 oz. pkg. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Over a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, milk and margarine. Remove from heat. In a large bowl combine the nuts and marshmallows and add chocolate mixture. Spread in a buttered 9x13" pan. Chill for 2 hours. Cut into pieces. Cover and store at room temperature.

This was one of mom's stand-by desserts, especially around Christmas. You cut it in squares, just like you would fudge.
