1 pack of egg roll wraps
oil for frying
2 lbs loose Italian sausage, cooked
1 lb shredded mozzarella
1 lb shredded asiago cheese
fresh or dried parsley
1/4 cup butter
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 cups grated locatelli or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut egg roll wraps into four squares then cut each square into 2 triangles. Fry in batches until golden brown. These can be stored in an airtight container for later use.

Melt butter, add cream and locatelli cheese to make Alfredo sauce.

Place fried egg roll wraps on baking tray. This will make several batches so divide ingredients equally. Spread mozzarella, asiago and sausage. Place under broiler until cheese browns. Take out of oven, drizzle with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle on parsley.
