2 lbs. hamburger
1 T. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 c. fritos chips
Olives and tomatoes for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown hamburger, add onion. Drain the burger. In saucepan cook slowly: mushroom soup, green chilies, milk, and 2 c. cheese. Add to the hamburger and onions. In casserole dish layer: 2 cups fritos, 1 layer mixture, 1 cup fritos, 1 layer mixture, 1 cup fritos. Bake for 25 minutes. Put layer of 1/2 c. cheese over top and garnish with chopped olives and tomatoes. Bake for another 5 minutes.
