3 quart milk,
yolks of 3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk, yolks, sugar and flour until it begins to thicken. Make a rich pie crust pour in the cream flavor with lemon and bake in a quick oven (375)Beat egg whites stiff and frost pie. Put in the oven and brown a little.

Personal Notes:
I am not sure if pie crust is baked before filling is put in or after but common sense tells me the crust would be soggy if not precooked.
